With over 40 years of experience, Head Chef Mon brings authentic Thai food to Ludlow, Shropshire. Trained in Chiang Mai, Thailand, he specialises in traditional Thai curries and stir fries, using classic techniques and carefully sourced local and imported ingredients. His cooking has been recognised nationally, including work featured on Gordon Ramsay’s Best Restaurant.
Moe Moe
Sous Chef Moe Moe has over 20 years of experience creating authentic Thai food in Ludlow, Shropshire. Starting her journey in the kitchen from the ground up, she is best known for comforting Thai noodle dishes and maintaining the traditional flavours that make Jup Jup one of the best Thai restaurants in Shropshire.
San San
With more than 20 years of experience, Chef de Partie San San specialises in Thai starters and sides at Jup Jup Thai Restaurant and Bar in Ludlow. Her comfort-focused cooking supports the authentic Thai flavours the restaurant is known for across Shropshire and the West Midlands.
